Associate Support Engineer - PostEx

About the role

PostEx is hiring an Associate Support Engineer in Lahore. This hybrid role combines product operations, technical support and customer-facing tasks. The position suits someone with 1-2 years of experience who keeps products running smoothly, troubleshoots technical issues and helps customers get the best possible support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot issues, working with product and engineering teams when needed.
• Help manage product lifecycle tasks such as updates, releases and deployments.
• Create and maintain product documentation, guides and FAQs so customers can self-serve.
• Act as a liaison between customers, product and engineering teams to track issues and feature priorities.
• Monitor product performance, track customer feedback and support trends, and help improve products and processes.
• Assist in maintaining product management systems and tools, and train others on new features and updates.
• Help resolve integration issues and refine support processes and technical workflows.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in product operations, technical support or customer-facing technical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
• Strong understanding of software, APIs, data integrations and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex technical issues simply.
• Ability to work with product, engineering and customer success teams; attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Basic familiarity with product management processes and Agile is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support or operations tools such as Jira or Zendesk.
• Desired: experience in logistics, fintech, SaaS, APIs or other software products.
• Desired: product documentation and knowledge base creation.
