B2B Appointment Setter - Higher Education

About the role

Savvital, a corporate services provider for small and medium-sized businesses, is recruiting a high-energy, self-motivated B2B Appointment Setter on behalf of its technology partner. The client offers an AI-driven platform for students, schools and higher education institutions navigating the college admissions process. You will lead outbound B2B prospecting, pitching directly to VPs of Admissions, University Deans and other higher education leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B outreach to Deans, Directors and VPs of Admissions at targeted universities to book high-value sales appointments.
• Pitch the platform's value proposition to qualify prospects and secure appointments.
• Build and manage a B2B pipeline through calling, tailored email campaigns and executive networking.
• Articulate complex AI-driven solutions clearly to university decision-makers.
• Take ownership of KPIs, focusing on booked meetings and converted opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and follow up persistently by phone and email.
• Help strategize and refine the Go-To-Market approach in bi-weekly meetings with business reps and the CEO.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales, business development or outbound appointment setting experience; EdTech or university sales is a big plus.
• Native-level English with strong verbal and written delivery for executive conversations.
• Resilient, self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to handle rejection and take ownership of results.
• Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule.
