B2B Cold Caller – Generate UK Business Leads

About the role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Cold Caller to join our software house and generate project opportunities with UK‑based businesses. The role focuses on outbound outreach to business owners, managers and decision‑makers to promote software, web development and digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK businesses and introduce our service portfolio.
• Engage with owners, managers and decision‑makers to generate qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses and follow‑ups in spreadsheets.
• Schedule callbacks or meetings with interested prospects.
• Follow up leads to improve conversion rates and achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B cold‑calling experience.
• Professional, fluent spoken English.
• Strong communication, persuasion and objection‑handling skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑focused and punctual.
