B2B Sales Closer (Night Shift)

About the role

Simply Connect is hiring a results-driven B2B Sales Closer to convert qualified business leads into paying clients. The position is full-time and onsite in Karachi, on a night shift. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, confidence dealing with decision-makers and the ability to close deals while consistently hitting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with qualified B2B leads and turn prospects into clients.
• Conduct sales calls and product/service presentations.
• Understand business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle objections, negotiate pricing and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business decision-makers.
• Follow up with prospects and keep the sales pipeline active.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of proven B2B sales and closing experience.
• Experience selling to US-based businesses is preferred.
• Ability to handle objections and close high-value deals.
• Comfortable working night shifts and onsite in Karachi.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Target-oriented approach with a good understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
