About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative with experience in AI SaaS to join our fast‑paced remote team. You will generate qualified leads, book sales meetings, and build outbound pipelines for AI‑driven software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
- Identify and qualify potential clients within target industries and ICPs.
- Generate and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Research prospects and personalize outreach messaging based on company needs and pain points.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and keep the pipeline updated.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for outreach activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.
- Stay informed on AI trends, SaaS products, and competitor solutions.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound sales.
- Previous experience selling or supporting AI SaaS, SaaS platforms, or B2B tech solutions.
- Strong cold outreach and lead generation abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, KPI‑driven environment.
