B2C Solar Cold Caller (Live Transfer)

About the role

KANDZ Communications is hiring motivated, confident and results-driven B2C solar cold callers for a US-based solar campaign. The position is full-time and on-site in F-8 Markaz, Islamabad, on a night shift. Candidates make outbound calls to residential customers in the USA, qualify them and transfer interested prospects live to the closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential residential customers in the USA.
• Engage homeowners and generate interest in solar solutions.
• Qualify interested prospects according to campaign requirements.
• Perform live transfers of qualified prospects to the closing team.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Previous experience in US cold calling is preferred.
• Solar campaign or live-transfer experience is a plus.
• Target-oriented, punctual and professionally motivated.

Required skills

• Strong persuasion, objection-handling and communication skills.
