About the role

The Branch Manager will oversee all operations of the HBL branch in Gujranwala, leading a team of seven professionals. This senior position is responsible for driving deposit growth, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and evaluate a team of 7 staff members to maintain efficient branch operations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve deposit targets of 900 million to 1 billion.
• Manage customer relationships, resolve inquiries promptly and enhance client satisfaction.
• Implement risk management procedures to identify and mitigate financial, operational and compliance risks.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate with other branches and departments to support cross‑functional initiatives.
• Oversee daily operations including cash handling, account maintenance and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed large deposit targets.
• Strong customer‑relationship and risk‑control expertise.
