Blockchain Business Development Manager

About the role

Askari Family Takaful seeks a passionate Business Development Manager to lead growth and marketing initiatives for its innovative blockchain project. You will own the market positioning, drive outreach, and build a thriving ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing and business development strategies to establish and grow the blockchain project's market presence.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard strategic partners, investors and clients aligned with project objectives.
• Design and run outreach campaigns to engage blockchain and Web3 community channels.
• Lead a small team of two members to coordinate marketing and business development activities.
• Monitor blockchain trends, tokenomics and crypto community developments to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing or related field.
• At least one year of experience in business development, marketing or a related role.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and take full ownership of growth initiatives.

Required skills

• Foundational knowledge of blockchain technology.
• Understanding of tokenomics and crypto community dynamics.
• Experience with outreach campaign design and execution.
