Business Development & Client Acquisition Lead

About the role

GoDigitalCrew, a UK‑led digital services firm with an operational base in Lahore, is seeking a commercially driven Business Development & Client Acquisition Lead. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, engaging decision‑makers and converting prospects into paying customers across Pakistan, the UK and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute client acquisition strategies for Pakistan, UK and international markets.
• Generate and close business for website development, WordPress, WooCommerce, SEO and digital marketing services.
• Conduct prospect meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and follow up until closure.
• Build relationships with businesses, agencies and e‑commerce companies.
• Maintain a transparent sales pipeline with measurable weekly progress.
• Coordinate with the Lahore team to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Help establish commercial accountability and day‑to‑day operational discipline.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• At least 1 year selling digital agency, software house, website development or IT services.
• Demonstrable experience personally closing paying client contracts.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of commercial outcomes.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, direct outreach, referrals and CRM tools.
