Business Development Executive (Bidding Specialist)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (Bidding Specialist) to drive online lead generation and secure new projects through freelancing platforms. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Search for relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr and similar bidding platforms.
• Prepare and submit customized proposals that align with client requirements.
• Communicate with prospects via chat, email, and virtual meetings.
• Follow up with potential clients to improve conversion rates.
• Gather client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for delivery.
• Generate quality leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of proposals, communications, and project updates.
• Achieve monthly bidding and lead‑generation targets.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• 6–12 months of experience in online bidding or business development.
• Hands‑on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr or comparable marketplaces.
• Strong written English and professional communication abilities.
• Ability to understand client needs and build long‑term relationships.
• Willingness to work the shift from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.
