Business Development Executive – Domestic & International Markets

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth for Sadiq Gelatin Industries Limited across both domestic and international markets. Reporting to the Director of Global Sales & Business Development, the role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding distributor networks, and supporting marketing initiatives for the company’s halal gelatin, collagen and protein products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries and regions.
• Generate qualified sales leads, prepare quotations, commercial proposals and tenders.
• Conduct market mapping, customer segmentation and territory development strategies.
• Negotiate commercial terms, support contract negotiations and oversee customer onboarding.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets and produce annual sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with finance on commercial terms and collections.
• Support domestic and international marketing campaigns, product presentations and promotional material.
• Travel frequently across Pakistan and internationally for meetings, exhibitions and distributor development.

Required profile

• Ambitious commercial professional with a strong sales mindset.
• Proven ability to build and manage strategic customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively both domestically and abroad.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food, pharmaceutical or related sectors.
• Strong analytical skills for market analysis and sales forecasting.
