Business Development Executive – Industrial B2B Sales

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Lahore focuses on driving new business and managing the complete sales cycle for industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial segment.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, present product solutions and prepare proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain and grow key accounts, track sales performance and coordinate with internal teams for pricing and delivery.
• Provide market feedback, attend industry events and perform regular field visits to build a strong pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven ability to drive new business development and lead generation in B2B industrial markets.
• Strong business acumen with solution‑based selling and customer needs analysis.
• Effective communication for presentations, negotiations and relationship building.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment or machinery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Comfortable with on‑site client visits, fieldwork and achieving defined sales targets.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a structured approach to planning and follow‑up.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM tools for reporting, pipeline management and documentation.
