Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will work on‑site in Karachi to identify and secure new business opportunities for Mac World Technology. You will build a robust sales pipeline, generate leads through multiple channels and present tailored technology solutions to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in the technology and software sector.
• Conduct lead generation via calls, emails, networking and digital platforms.
• Meet with prospects, assess their technology needs and prepare customised proposals.
• Present solutions and negotiate contracts to close sales.
• Manage and grow key accounts, maintaining long‑term client relationships.
• Update CRM records, track sales activities and prepare performance reports.
• Contribute to sales forecasts and business growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development and lead generation, preferably in B2B technology or software sales.
• Strong background in account management and contract negotiation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Results‑driven mindset with ability to work against sales targets and KPIs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of digital channels for prospecting.
