Business Development Executive

About the role

GOLDLUCK LED is looking for a Business Development Executive to support its growth in Islamabad and across the Pakistan market. The role suits a commercially minded person who can combine prospect research, customer engagement and steady follow-through to deliver measurable results. It is an on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Research market segments, identify potential customers and build a qualified prospect pipeline.
• Initiate outreach and hold customer meetings to understand requirements and present product solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, coordinate internally on pricing and availability, and follow opportunities through to closure.
• Maintain contact with existing customers, support retention and look for repeat business.
• Track leads, interactions and sales progress in organized records and give timely activity updates.
• Monitor competitor activity and market feedback, and share insights that shape business development plans.
• Coordinate with colleagues so that opportunities move smoothly from development to order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Strong prospecting, lead qualification and pipeline management ability.
• Confident communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain product features and commercial value clearly.
• Commercial awareness, including preparing and following up quotations and proposals.
• Organized follow-through with accurate records, activity tracking and timely reporting.
• Self-motivated, resilient, with sound judgment and a customer-focused approach to targets.
