Business Development Executive

About the role

BAY Work Force is hiring a Business Development Executive in H13 Islamabad (opposite NUST). The role drives sales growth through proactive cold calling, lead generation and building long-term relationships with potential clients. It is a pure office-based position, working according to Toronto, Canada time (6 PM to 2 AM Pakistan time).

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and marketing campaigns.
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs and match them with suitable products or services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• Make outbound calls to prospects, engage in meaningful conversations and schedule meetings or demos.
• Nurture long-term client relationships and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects with timely follow-ups and progress tracking.
• Log calls, leads and client interactions in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Share client insights with the sales team and handle objections professionally.
