Business Development Executive

About the role

Savvital is hiring a Business Development Executive to support its growth and expansion. The role identifies new business opportunities, engages prospective clients and drives revenue growth across target industries and geographies. It works closely with Marketing, Consulting and Leadership teams to run sales strategies, deliver presentations and manage the full sales cycle. It is client-facing and execution-focused.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across untapped industries and markets, and build a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-ups
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations, explain the value proposition and tailor solutions to client needs
• Negotiate commercial terms and pricing, manage the sales cycle to close deals and ensure a smooth handoff to internal teams
• Research the market, stay informed on industry trends and competitors, and give feedback to leadership to refine sales strategy
• Work with Marketing and Consulting teams to hit revenue targets, keep sales activity recorded in CRM and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience as an Account Executive, Business Development Executive or Sales Representative
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills
• Charismatic, confident and able to engage and influence clients
• Strategic mindset with strong organisational and time-management skills
• Preferred: experience selling services to US-based clients, prior B2B sales exposure and experience with distributed or remote teams
