Business Development Executive – US Truck Dispatching

About the role

LEVERAGE (PRIVATE) LIMITED is hiring an experienced Business Development Executive for its US Truck Dispatching operations. The role focuses on generating, qualifying, and converting carrier leads through cold calling, follow‑ups, and professional sales communication. Candidates must understand the US trucking industry and possess strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Cold call US carriers and owner‑operators to generate leads.
• Generate and qualify leads, then pitch truck dispatching services professionally.
• Handle objections, conduct follow‑ups, and maintain leads and activities in the CRM.
• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline and meet outreach and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the dispatch/onboarding team after closing a carrier.

Required profile

• Previous experience in US Truck Dispatching sales, B2B sales, or business development.
• Strong spoken English and professional communication.
• Experience with cold calling and carrier outreach.
• Understanding of basic US trucking terminology.
• Good objection‑handling, negotiation skills, and a result‑oriented, disciplined approach.
• Ability to work with a CRM and maintain proper follow‑up.
