Business Development Intern

About the role

Stalvix, an emerging IT services firm, is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to support its international sales efforts. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or final‑year students eager to gain hands‑on experience in IT sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in markets such as the US, UK, and GCC.
• Assist in lead generation via LinkedIn, Upwork, cold emailing and other platforms.
• Support proposal writing and bidding on freelance marketplaces.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Maintain lead databases and CRM records, and coordinate client outreach and meeting scheduling.

Required profile

• Good communication and research skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year) in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science or related field.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn for professional networking and prospecting.
• Familiarity with Upwork’s job search, proposal writing and bidding process.
• Understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience with CRM tools and cold‑email outreach strategies.
