About the role
IGI Life Insurance Limited is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant for a hybrid position based primarily in Lahore. The role focuses on providing sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide sales consulting and guidance on insurance products and plans.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Offer expert advice and support throughout the sales process.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and knowledgeable about insurance products and industry regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
