Business Development & International Client Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Eagle Solutions is seeking a results‑driven Business Development & International Client Acquisition Specialist to expand its global client base. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting international prospects into paying software development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Find and acquire international clients through channels such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, freelance marketplaces, cold email, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Identify businesses that need mobile applications, websites, Flutter developers, or custom software development.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers, startup founders, and business owners.
• Generate qualified opportunities, understand client requirements, prepare proposals, negotiate, and help close deals.
• Coordinate with the CEO to convert prospects into confirmed software development projects.
• Manage the full business development cycle, from prospecting to securing projects and following up on payments.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, proposals, confirmed projects, and client payments.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and sales performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international client acquisition and business development.
• Previous experience bringing paying clients to a software house, IT company, or digital agency.
• Strong English communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Knowledge of international freelance platforms and direct client acquisition strategies.
• Ability to independently identify opportunities and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Proactive, professional, and results‑oriented approach.
