About the role

PureLogics is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand its client base and boost B2B sales primarily through LinkedIn. The role involves leading a small team, shaping sales strategies, and driving pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies targeting clients via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify prospects, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage a team of five business development specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new markets, and competitive insights.
• Participate in tech events and exhibitions to promote PureLogics services and expand networks.
• Leverage CRM tools to track client interactions and sales activities.
• Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, forecasts, and team performance for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a small sales team.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
