Business Development Manager – Medical Billing (5+ yrs)

About the role

Keystone Medics is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its medical billing and revenue cycle management services. Based in Lahore, you will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting new healthcare clients to closing contracts and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within clinics, specialty groups, and larger healthcare facilities.
• Develop and execute outreach plans, conduct market research, and deliver compelling client presentations.
• Coordinate demos and proposals with internal billing and operations teams.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, negotiate commercial terms, and monitor performance against sales targets.
• Provide regular business development reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to refine value propositions and support post‑sale onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development, sales, or account management experience in medical billing, RCM, or related healthcare services.
• Strong understanding of medical billing workflows, payer requirements, and healthcare compliance.
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline, meet or exceed revenue targets, and use CRM tools for tracking.
• Analytical mindset with experience in market research and opportunity analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with international or US‑based healthcare providers is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and manage multiple priorities professionally.
