Business Development Officer - Construction & Interior

About the role

An established construction and interior solutions company is looking for a proactive, confident and results-driven Business Development Officer in Karachi. The role expands the client base, develops industry relationships and generates new business opportunities for residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential residential and commercial clients.
• Generate qualified leads for construction, interior, renovation and turnkey projects.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers and property owners.
• Arrange client meetings, site visits and project discussions.
• Coordinate with technical teams on quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations and potential projects.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and report progress to management.
• Support negotiations and project conversions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in business development or field sales, preferably in construction, interior design, real estate or building services.
• Familiarity with Karachi's residential and commercial property market, especially DHA and Clifton.
• Ability to work independently and meet business development targets.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM reporting.
