International Sales Representative (Design Sales)

About the role

Experts Communication is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven International Sales Representative (Design Sales - Front & Upsell) based in Karachi. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of proven sales experience in the web, design and development sector, can handle international clients, upsell solutions and close deals. The shift is 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Generate and convert leads from platforms such as Bark.com and Discord.
• Make outbound calls to promote services and acquire new clients.
• Build long-term client relationships through communication and follow-ups.
• Identify upselling opportunities and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline and report progress to senior management.
• Support project management by coordinating client requirements and design specifications.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of front-end sales experience in the design, web or development sector.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, with strong time management and team leadership abilities.
• Flexibility to work night shifts.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
