Ecommerce Sales Specialist

About the role

Blue Ocean Technology Solutions (BOTS) is looking for an Ecommerce Sales Specialist to support its online sales operations on the Amazon marketplace, boosting sales and improving business performance. The role works closely with other team members to reach the company's business goals. Only candidates who live in Karachi will be considered for the interview.

Key responsibilities

• Sell company products on Amazon marketplace to meet monthly revenue and profitability targets
• Forecast monthly sales based on past trends and the current competitive landscape
• Track daily sales against competitors and implement pricing strategies to hit targets
• Work with the supply chain team on order planning so products are available when needed
• Analyse and report monthly product performance for management review
• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in an ecommerce sales-related role
• Experience with demand planning and forecasting
• Minimum four-year bachelor's degree in business (BBA or above)
• Reliable daily commute to the office; working hours Monday to Saturday, 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm, with alternate Saturdays off

• Proficiency with MS Excel (must have)
• Intermediate English verbal and written communication (preferred)
