Senior Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and client acquisition for our trucking and logistics services. The role involves leading a sales team, developing market strategies, and coordinating marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and acquire new clients.
• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to meet targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Oversee lead generation, outbound sales, negotiations and deal closures.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns supporting business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
• Track sales and marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with operations/dispatch teams for smooth client onboarding.

Required profile

• 3-4+ years of experience in sales, business development or sales & marketing management.
• Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong client acquisition, negotiation and closing skills.
• Target‑oriented, results‑driven with strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Experience in trucking, logistics, freight brokerage or related B2B services (preferred).
• Understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
