Business Integration Lead

About the role

The Business Integration Lead will own and manage the end‑to‑end integration of newly acquired operating companies within Banyan Software’s UK & EU portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as the primary point of contact for acquired businesses, guiding them from deal close through final sign‑off while aligning finance, systems, compliance and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integration programs from acquisition close to final sign‑off, handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Serve as the main accountability holder for integration progress, identifying risks, resolving issues and escalating critical blockers.
• Standardize reporting and integrate financial and operational systems across portfolio companies.
• Ensure compliance with Banyan’s operating standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve integration playbooks, SOPs and scalable processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in M&A integration, finance transformation or ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of cross‑border business operations and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with portfolio leadership, regional finance teams and global stakeholders.
• Willingness to work onsite in Karachi, five days a week, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM PKT.
