Business Manager – Cardiometabolic

About the role

CCL Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Business Manager to lead the Cardiometabolic Business Unit. You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, expanding market share, and achieving sales and profitability targets across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business and marketing plans for the Cardiometabolic portfolio.
• Monitor performance against approved budgets and ensure effective implementation of commercial strategies.
• Oversee brand performance, promotional investment, field execution, and business planning activities.
• Manage business unit operations, market performance monitoring, and strategic portfolio growth initiatives.
• Ensure governance, reporting, and compliance with company standards and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science or related field (HEC‑recognized); MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with significant sales and marketing exposure.
• 8–10 years of leadership experience in marketing and sales management roles.
• Proven track record of delivering sales targets and driving business growth.
