Call Agent

About the role

OnesLogic, a client-focused digital agency, is hiring a full-time, on-site Call Agent in Lahore. The agent handles inbound and outbound calls, answers customer questions and gives accurate information about products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Document interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members
• Follow established scripts and guidelines while maintaining professional communication standards
• Contribute to meeting call performance targets
• Collaborate with colleagues, update customer records and share feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear, professional telephone etiquette
• Customer service abilities, including active listening, empathy and problem solving
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple calls and tasks
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore with reliable attendance for full-time shifts
• Previous call center or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
• Comfort working in a target-driven environment and openness to coaching and performance feedback
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, communications or a related field is an advantage
