Job description
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers
- Collect, enter, and organize lead information
- Maintain accurate lead databases and spreadsheets
- Assist the sales team with lead-generation activities
- Use AI tools to support research and daily tasks
- Perform basic data-entry and administrative work
Required profile
- Basic understanding of written English and ability to write simple English
- Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy
- Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
- Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and other MS Office tools
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for basic work tasks
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic computer literacy
