Call Center Representative – Technical Support

About the role

Computer Vision (Quickfuel) is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to deliver technical support to customers, primarily in Australia. The role involves handling inbound calls, emails and chat, diagnosing issues and providing clear, step‑by‑step guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely IT support via calls, email and chat, covering internet connectivity, Windows OS, software applications and basic networking.
• Log all interactions and technical issues accurately in the ticketing system and follow SOPs and SLAs.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical teams and collaborate with the Australian team and other departments.
• Adapt to a 24/7 environment, including night shifts, and stay updated on call‑center software and remote access tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in technical support or call‑center environment.
• Strong verbal communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Windows operating system troubleshooting.
• Basic networking concepts and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing systems and call‑center software.
• Use of remote access utilities.
