Campus Coordinator

About the role

The Campus Coordinator will manage daily operations at BANOQABIL SIALKOT's Lahore campus, ensuring a smooth and welcoming learning environment for students pursuing free IT training.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule classes, support trainers, and coordinate student registrations and attendance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for students, handling inquiries and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in implementing educational programs, supporting curriculum delivery, and coordinating events or workshops.
• Maintain records, prepare basic reports, and collaborate with management to ensure smooth campus activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills to interact effectively with students, trainers, and staff.
• Interest or background in education and training, with organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Lahore and collaborate within a diverse, inclusive team.
• Relevant diploma or degree in education, management, administration, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and comfort using office and educational technology tools.
• Familiarity with curriculum development to assist in organizing course structures.
