Cashier - Financial Transactions & Record Keeping

About the role

Six Stars Sports is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier in Sialkot to handle daily cash receipts, payments and transactions with accuracy. The role requires strong organization to keep cash records, vouchers and payment receipts, and close coordination with the Accounts Department to reconcile daily cash flow. Integrity and confidentiality are emphasized, as the postholder must safeguard sensitive financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily cash receipts, payments and transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and organize cash records, vouchers and payment receipts for auditing and reporting.
• Manage petty cash funds with proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Verify invoices, bills and payment details before processing transactions.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department for daily cash reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit daily cash reports.
• Keep financial data and cash-handling procedures confidential and secure.
• Use MS Excel to record, track and analyze financial transactions and reports.
• Operate computer systems and software to support cash handling and record keeping.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and follow company policies on cash handling and ethics.

Required profile

• At least one year of relevant experience.
• High level of honesty and responsibility.
• Effective communication skills to work with different departments.
• Attention to detail to prevent errors and keep financial records accurate.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Basic computer operations.
