Cashier (Front Desk) – Rawalpindi

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team at Riphah International University in Rawalpindi. The role combines cash handling with front‑desk duties, ensuring smooth financial transactions and a welcoming experience for visitors, patients and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process and record cash, card and other payments accurately.
• Prepare daily cash collections, maintain cash registers and reconcile transactions.
• Generate receipts, invoices and payment records; manage petty cash.
• Welcome and assist visitors, patients and clients; answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate appointments and direct visitors to appropriate departments.
• Maintain registers, records and documentation related to both cashier and front‑desk operations.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial and administrative information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in cashiering, front‑desk, customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or service‑oriented environment.
