Chat-Based Sales Specialist

About the role

Lapidary Software & Design is seeking a Chat-Based Sales Specialist to join its growing sales team. You will engage prospects through direct messages on social platforms, build relationships, and convert conversations into closed deals for our digital art, CGI, and animation services.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage conversations with potential clients via DMs across various social media channels.
• Present the company’s creative services, tailor pitches to client needs, and negotiate terms.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure client expectations are met.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in chat‑based sales or similar online prospecting roles.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to persuade quickly.
• Goal‑oriented mindset, comfortable working with targets and commissions.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt messaging in real time.
