About the role

A financial services organization in Pakistan is hiring a Chief Digital Officer to report to the president and drive the organization's digital transformation. The role focuses on digital lending and places particular emphasis on setting up the digital payments domain. It is a full-time position based in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

Build and scale digital lending and banking platforms with a focus on digital payments
Drive innovation, partnerships and digital customer experiences
Use data, AI and automation to optimize credit and risk models
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver agile, customer-first solutions

Required profile

15+ years in digital banking, fintech or lending technology
Experience with digital payments and conventional banking
Proven track record of launching scalable digital products
Strong digital strategy, product and leadership skills
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and execution skills
