Chief Financial Officer – Arabic Required

About the role

The company is seeking a senior finance leader who is conversational in Arabic to head the finance function of its overseas operation. This executive will strengthen financial governance, support commercial decision‑making and drive long‑term value creation in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance, accounting, treasury, taxation, reporting and internal control functions.
• Develop annual budgets, financial plans, forecasts and long‑term business projections.
• Provide financial, commercial and strategic insights to the CEO, senior management and shareholders.
• Establish and enhance internal controls, governance frameworks, financial policies and reporting systems.
• Manage cash flows, working capital, banking relationships, funding requirements and treasury operations.
• Oversee project‑related financial planning, capital‑expenditure monitoring and investment evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, statutory requirements and corporate‑governance practices.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, management reviews and performance analysis.
• Support commercial negotiations, procurement decisions, contracts, cost optimisation and business expansion initiatives.
• Build, guide and develop a high‑performing finance team aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant, ACCA, CMA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant senior‑level finance leadership experience, preferably in cement, manufacturing, construction materials, industrial or infrastructure businesses.
• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance or a comparable senior finance role.
• Conversational Arabic proficiency is mandatory.
