Chief Financial Officer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, commercially sharp Finance Leader to bring financial clarity, discipline and scale across a growing portfolio of companies, subsidiaries, SPVs and projects. This role goes beyond reporting, building systems, controls and visibility to enable faster, better decisions by the CEO and Board.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a group‑wide finance architecture, reporting system and high‑performance finance team.
• Manage cash, working capital, profitability, budgets, controls, tax, audit and risk.
• Lead funding activities, ERP/automation initiatives, project finance, capital allocation and overall financial strategy.
• Provide consolidated P&L, balance sheet, cash‑flow statements and dashboards for the group.
• Oversee banks, debt facilities and capital structure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounts or equivalent; CFA preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in senior finance leadership.
• Strong multi‑company/group finance experience, including cash‑flow, consolidation, budgeting and controls.
• Proven ability to build and lead a finance team.
• High integrity and willingness to challenge when necessary.
