About the role
We are seeking dynamic, target‑oriented professionals to join our team as Relationship Officers focused on deposit mobilization from corporate customers. The role involves developing new corporate relationships and strengthening existing ones to achieve deposit growth targets.
Key responsibilities
- Mobilize deposits from corporate customers.
- Achieve assigned deposit mobilization targets.
- Develop new corporate relationships and business opportunities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market visits and customer meetings.
- Contribute towards overall deposit growth objectives.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Deposit Mobilization or Deposit Banking (mandatory).
- Strong corporate customer relationship and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer and business meetings.
