Client Development Executive

About the role

Propstar Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Client Development Executive to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through strategic prospecting and market research.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients using online platforms and prospecting tools.
• Generate, qualify, and maintain high‑quality leads in the CRM system.
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the client development process.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams for seamless lead handovers.
• Monitor performance, recommend improvements, and stay updated on industry trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client development, lead generation, or business development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to meet performance targets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
