About the role
We are seeking a Client Manager to act as the trusted advisor and operational lead for a portfolio of UK‑based SMEs. Based in Lahore, you will deliver end‑to‑end accounting and compliance services while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts and year‑end files in accordance with UK GAAP.
- Oversee bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll and corporation tax computations, ensuring timely submissions to HMRC and Companies House.
- Advise clients on tax planning, compliance requirements and financial best practices.
- Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned UK clients, delivering clear financial reporting in English.
- Manage workflow, deadlines and client queries to maintain high service standards.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with internal departments for seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CA or CIMA) with 3‑5+ years of hands‑on UK accounting experience.
- Proven experience managing a client portfolio in a professional services environment.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Based in Lahore and able to work UK business hours (9 am‑5:30 pm BST).
