Client Services Representative

About the role

The Client Services Representative works full‑time on‑site in Islamabad, managing client relationships, responding to inquiries and ensuring timely issue resolution. The role involves handling communications via phone, email and in person, maintaining accurate interaction records and supporting project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, assisting new clients to get started.
• Listen to problems, identify root causes and provide real solutions, handling escalations promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records and provide status updates on ongoing work.
• Support billing and finance queries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service quality.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in client services, customer relations or account management.
• Good English communication skills (B2 or above), clear speaking and writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications or related field.
• Reliability, commitment to long‑term role and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
