Client Success Manager Trainee

About the role

The Client Success Manager Trainee will ensure client satisfaction and success by handling order processing, building strong relationships, and supporting project initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment – Process orders and quotes accurately and promptly, monitor open orders and expedite as needed.
• Relationship Building – Interact daily with customers, develop solid relationships across multiple departments, and communicate order status and alternatives.
• Customer Service – Provide operational and reporting support, deliver proactive 5‑star service, and act as the primary contact for customer issues.
• Sourcing – Manage off‑catalog customer requests, maintain custom catalog on Zones Connect, and coordinate inventory allocations.
• Project Management – Conduct account planning, support pipeline growth, uncover future needs, and coordinate new customer roll‑outs with PMO or Enterprise Operations.

Required profile

• Graduate – Any specialization.
• Experience in enterprise‑level sales and at least 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceed requirements.
• Excellent organization, communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
