Clinical Psychologist - Psychometric Assessments (Night Shift)

About the role

Pro Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified Clinical Psychologist in Islamabad who can independently administer, score, interpret and document clinical psychometric assessments. The position is on a night shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM) and requires excellent English communication, strong analytical ability and a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Independently administer clinical psychometric tests and psychological assessments using standardized procedures.
• Score, interpret and analyze results according to established guidelines and professional standards.
• Prepare accurate assessment reports and keep comprehensive documentation of findings.
• Select appropriate assessment tools based on the purpose of the evaluation and the individual's needs.
• Maintain the confidentiality, integrity and security of assessment records and sensitive information.
• Ensure assessments are conducted ethically and in line with professional guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to support assessment requirements and meet deadlines.
• Stay up to date on assessment methodologies, psychometric tools and best practices in Clinical Psychology.

Required profile

• Master's degree or PhD in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Islamabad office, if required.
