Cold Calling Executive & Social Media Marketer

About the role

MDClinix is seeking motivated individuals to join its Lahore office as Cold Calling Executives and Social Media Marketers. The role combines direct phone outreach with digital engagement to generate and nurture leads.

Key responsibilities

• Cold Calling Executives: contact prospective customers by phone, introduce company offerings, qualify leads, maintain call logs and follow up to support conversions.
• Social Media Marketers: plan and execute social media campaigns, create and schedule posts, respond to comments and messages, and monitor engagement metrics across platforms.
• Collaborate to align outreach scripts and online messaging, support promotional activities and provide feedback on customer responses and trends.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written communication with a professional, courteous manner.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, manage time effectively and meet performance targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum high school education; a college diploma or degree in marketing, business or related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Cold calling and telemarketing skills, including confident phone communication and lead qualification.
• Social media marketing skills such as content creation, posting and basic engagement management.
• Basic sales and customer service abilities, including handling objections and maintaining positive client interactions.
