Outbound Sales Executive / Call Center Representative

About the role

Aura Digital Agency is seeking energetic Outbound Sales Executives to join its international calling team. This full‑time remote position involves making a high volume of outbound calls to prospects primarily in the United States, following structured scripts while maintaining a natural conversational tone.

Key responsibilities

• Make 400+ outbound calls per day using company‑provided leads and dialer systems.
• Communicate professionally with international prospects and follow campaign‑specific scripts.
• Build rapport quickly, handle objections, and drive prospects toward appointments, registrations or sales.
• Update call outcomes, notes and lead statuses accurately in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, including call volume, conversion and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound cold calling, telesales or similar call‑center role.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear US accent and strong conversational skills.
• Ability to make 400+ calls daily, work independently and meet strict performance targets.
• Comfortable using scripts without sounding robotic and handling hesitant or uninterested prospects.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
• Familiarity with calling/dialer systems like Aircall, VICIdial, RingCentral, JustCall or Five9.
