Collection & Customer Follow-up Executive (Outsourcing Unit)

About the role

AshreiTech is hiring a Collection & Customer Follow-up Executive for its Outsourcing Unit, based at NASTP in Karachi. The role manages outstanding receivables, follows up on overdue invoices and coordinates payment collections from international customers. It is an on-site position during US business hours, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with a salary of PKR 70,000 to 100,000 per month and 2-4 years of experience required.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send emails to customers about outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable, payment due dates, pending balances and aging reports.
• Send timely payment reminders and keep consistent follow-up with customers.
• Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams to verify received payments and reconcile outstanding balances.
• Address customer queries on invoices, payment terms and outstanding balances.
• Document customer responses, payment commitments and collection activities.
• Maintain collection records, call logs and follow-up reports, and prepare regular AR and collection status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Control or Finance Operations.
• Good understanding of invoicing, payment terms, receivables aging and collection procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence in handling outbound customer calls.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and meet collection targets.
• Experience with US-based customers and familiarity with US collections practices is an advantage.
