Commercial Experience Executive

About the role

The Commercial Experience Executive joins the Commercial Experience team at JazzWorld’s Experience Center. Reporting to the Commercial Experience Manager, the role focuses on welcoming walk‑in customers, handling queries, and driving product upsell while ensuring a high‑quality customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and guide walk‑in customers, managing the floor greeting process.
• Develop basic proficiency with the CRM system and related portals.
• Address customer queries, provide exceptional service, and aim to reduce average wait and service times.
• Maintain high quality standards for customer facilitation and product upsell.
• Own and resolve customer complaints promptly, supporting retention and churn management.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Achieve monthly KPIs for adherence, service quality, and sales targets.
• Stay updated on JazzWorld policies, promotions, products, and value‑added services.
