About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to be the welcoming face of our coworking space. You will engage with members, visitors, and prospects, turning first impressions into lasting relationships while supporting daily operations and sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet members, guests, and visitors with energy and professionalism.
- Conduct tours, answer questions about memberships, services, and pricing, and convert walk‑ins into members.
- Follow up on leads, support conversions, and manage bookings for day passes, meeting rooms, boardrooms, and shared spaces.
- Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and system entries.
- Assist with onboarding new members and create a smooth first experience.
- Build strong relationships with members from day one and support community events and activities.
- Handle communications via calls, messages, and emails with a professional tone.
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintaining data accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
Required profile
- 5‑6 years of experience in community management or a similar role.
- Extroverted, people‑oriented personality who thrives in social environments.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain a customer‑first mindset.
- Problem‑solving ability; prior customer service experience is a plus.
