Community & User Growth Executive

About the role

INEXOR is hiring a proactive, research-driven Community & User Growth Executive for its WealthNX AI product, targeting the United States market. The role drives organic user acquisition, builds engaged communities and turns conversations into product signups without paid advertising. It is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Engage US-based communities on Reddit, Facebook Groups, Discord, Quora and similar platforms, contributing helpfully and identifying recurring user problems to share with the product team.
• Run organic user acquisition strategies that convert discussions, content, partnerships and outreach into website visits, app registrations and activated users, and test messaging and calls to action.
• Recruit users for product testing and feedback, run user interviews and keep a structured record of feedback and recommendations.
• Reach out to US micro-creators, newsletters and potential partners for demos, reviews and referrals, and track the results.
• Track visits, registrations, activation and referrals, maintain weekly dashboards, run small experiments and report on results.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in community management, user acquisition, growth marketing, customer engagement or startup growth.
• Demonstrable experience growing an online community, digital product or user base organically.
• Excellent written and spoken English, especially for a US audience.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Preferred: experience with SaaS, fintech or subscription products, and user activation, retention and referral loops.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Reddit, Facebook Groups, Discord, LinkedIn and other digital communities.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets, analytics dashboards, CRM tools and campaign tracking.
• Preferred: Google Analytics, app analytics platforms and CRM systems.
